Wallace joined Civic Consulting Alliance in July 2011. Currently, he is conducting research to develop best practices for Chicago's tourism industry, by benchmarking Chicago against ten leading U.S. cities. Previously, he wrote sections of the TIF Panel Report, a document commissioned by Mayor Rahm Emanuel as part of his 2011 transition plan.
Harper joined the Civic Consulting Alliance as a Civic Fellow in January 2012. He will graduate from Dartmouth College in June 2012 with an undergraduate degree in History and Economics. As a student, Harper has been involved in campus social activism, promoting sustainability through his role as the Chair of the Environmental Conservation Organization and socially responsible investing through his membership on the Advisory Committee for Investor Responsibility.
Alexander Gail Sherman leads pro bono teams to reshape how the city works.

Hannah joined Civic Consulting Alliance during the summer of 2011 as an Associate Civic Fellow. She graduated from the University of Chicago with honors, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Human Rights. Hannah has interned with Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees in Los Angeles, California, and the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs and CBS 2 News Investigations in Chicago.
As part of a partnership between Civic Consulting and Accenture, Velena Brooks has provided calendar management support for two principals at Civic Consulting since 2009. Velena has been an Executive Assistant with Accenture for 17 years and has previous experience with the Chicago Housing Authority and The Amistad Group (an architectural/interior design firm).
Craig James joins the Civic Consulting Alliance on a 3-month assignment as an Allstate Fellow, working on the Anti-Violence and Community Stabilization initiative. Craig is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has been with Allstate for 14 years, with prior positions at the Allstate Research and Planning Center and Human Resources. Craig received his Ph.D. in Psychology and Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has taught courses at UW-Madison and the Chicago School of Psychology in Research Methods, Statistics, and Group Facilitation.
Liz joined the Civic Consulting Alliance as a Civic Fellow in October 2011, while on Secondment from McKinsey and Company, a global management consulting firm. Her first project with Civic Consulting Alliance is in the Economic Growth space, particularly as it relates to Chicago's tourism industry.
