Adrienne Day
Adrienne joined Civic Consulting Alliance as a Civic Fellow in 2011 while completing her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is passionate about leveraging the power of business to make long-lasting social change in communities. At Civic Consulting Alliance, Adrienne works to improve city services by examining the structure of both the City Colleges of Chicago and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
Prior to her graduate studies, Adrienne established the Human Resources department at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, a Tony award-winning arts organization in Chicago. During her tenure, Steppenwolf was the first nonprofit to receive the “Top Small Workplaces” award by the Wall Street Journal. Adrienne is the Board President of Red Tape Theatre Company and a board member of Near North Health Services Corporation. She received a B.A. summa cum laude in Theatre and Economics at Vanderbilt University.
