Carla Esteva

Carla Esteva joined Civic Consulting Alliance in June of 2010 as an Associate Principal.

Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Carla worked as a management and strategy consultant since 2006 in the Chicago offices of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. In her role as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, she advised a variety of commercial clients, including consumer product goods companies and clients in the area of transportation and logistics. Carla's experiences ranged from supply chain operations, to strategy, to marketing and sales.

Carla first had the opportunity to partner with Civic Consulting Alliance in 2008 as part of a McKinsey pro-bono team working to define an operational turnaround strategy for the Chicago Transit Authority, which was made public as the CTA President's Transformation Plan.

A native of Mexico City, Carla received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management and her Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering. She also holds a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
