Craig James

Craig James joins the Civic Consulting Alliance on a 3-month assignment as an Allstate Fellow, working on the Anti-Violence and Community Stabilization initiative. Craig is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has been with Allstate for 14 years, with prior positions at the Allstate Research and Planning Center and Human Resources. Craig received his Ph.D. in Psychology and Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has taught courses at UW-Madison and the Chicago School of Psychology in Research Methods, Statistics, and Group Facilitation. He has also published articles and presented at professional conferences on the topics of Six Sigma, Quality Improvement, and Survey Research.
