Dominique joined Civic Consulting Alliance in June 2011 as a Postgraduate Fellow.

Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Dominique worked in both the nonprofit and public sectors. Her nonprofit work was in the areas of cooperative student housing, youth service and leadership, and legal services for low-income clients. Her public sector experience includes a clerkship with the Office of the Governor of the State of Wisconsin, a management internship with the City of Madison, Wisconsin, and a fellowship with the City of Chicago, Office of the Mayor.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California-Berkeley as well as a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin.
