Hiroshi Odawara

Hiroshi Odawara joined Civic Consulting Alliance as a Civic Fellow during 2010 while completing his degree in Master of Business Administration at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. As a Fellow, Hiroshi worked with the Chicago Police Department (CPD) to identify strategies to implement Performance Management practices across the department.

 

Prior to attending business school, Hiroshi worked at McKinsey & Company in Europe and Japan. In Europe, he mainly worked on banking and M&A related projects for European clients. In Japan, he was in the Operations and Product development practices, serving Japanese global high-tech companies.

 

Hiroshi earned his degree in Economics at the University of Tokyo in 2005.
