Jim Mavros

Jim Mavros joined Civic Consulting Alliance in March 2011.

Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Jim worked as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company's Chicago and Pittsburgh offices, working with clients across a broad range of industries to address operations issues. Jim also managed McKinsey's North American Purchasing and Supply Management practice from 2005-08.  Prior to joining McKinsey, Jim had an operations-focused career in printing at RR Donnelley.

A Chicagoan by birth, Jim received an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in New York. Though he's moved away from Chicago 3 times, he keeps coming back because he believes it's one of the greatest cities in the world. At Civic Consulting, he strives to do his part to keep it that way and make it even better.
