Julius joined Civic Consulting Alliance full time as an Associate Civic Fellow in November 2011 after completing an undergraduate degree in Politics, with concentrations in Political Economy and Finance, at Princeton University in 2010.
At Civic Consulting, Julius has helped provide financial analysis to Cook County as part of its budget process, assisted in conducting a comprehensive review of Cook County’s Workers’ Compensation department, and helped the County develop a business-case framework.
Julius is currently working on the City’s Anti-Violence and Community Stabilization effort and Civic Consulting’s website, as well as providing administrative and technology support.
