Kathryne joined Civic Consulting Alliance as a Fellow in September 2009 after completing her B.A. in both Political Science and Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations at the University of Chicago.
At Civic Consulting, She worked with Chicago Public Schools to improve students outcomes at high schools across the District.
Prior to Civic Consulting, Kathryne worked for The Cambridge Group, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in growth strategy, and was a Fellow in the Mayor's Office, which included work with Chicago LEADS.
She started as an Associate Consultant with Bain & Company in January 2010.
