Neal Uppal

Neal joined Civic Consulting Alliance in February 2009 as a Bain extern, working on improving rail reliability for the Chicago Transit Authority.  His project resulted in the introduction of an improved performance scorecard as well as a process for reducing major delays across the system.

Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Neal worked in Bain & Company’s Chicago office as an Associate Consultant, completing multiple projects for the Private Equity Group and in the telecommunications sector.  After completing his externship with CCA, Neal rejoined Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant.  He is now studying at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
