Rose Fealy is focused on improving the productivity of Chicago’s workforce. Joining Civic Consulting in January 2012, she has led the merger of the City of Chicago and Cook County workforce boards to form the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership. Prior to joining Civic Consulting, Rose founded Limerick Advisors, LLC, a business advisory and management consultancy. With a broad exposure to business services, manufacturing and not-for-profits, Rose has drawn on her analytical skills, process design and creativity to propose innovative solutions for clients.
Prior to founding Limerick Advisors, Rose served as Vice President and General Manager for Accero, an HR software and services firm. She led a team that converted a $35 million business unit into a stand-alone company. Rose has also worked as a Group Business Leader for Hewitt Associates, leading client delivery, merger integration and operational effectiveness programs. Prior to Hewitt, she held leadership roles in corporate finance with Case Corporation and Cummins. Her experience includes managing operations and client relationships in Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Japan and India.
Rose currently sits on the Board of The Cradle and serves as the Executive Director of Music@Bethel and as a Trustee of Kenyon College. She is a founding partner of the Chicago Chapter of Social Venture Partners.
Rose holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College.
