Sara Kaufman

Sara Kaufman joined Civic Consulting Alliance as a Civic Fellow during 2009 while completing her degree in Master of Business Administration at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Prior to attending business school, Sara worked at Teach For America as a staff member on the recruitment team.

During her summer experience at Civic Consulting, Sara worked on the rail reliability project for the Chicago Transit Authority. Sara worked closely with the rail operations staff at CTA to assist with the implementation and weekly utilization of a newly developed scorecard that measures rail on-time performance from the customer perspective.
