Tiger joined Civic Consulting Alliance in February 2011 and focused on strategies to reduce and prevent violence in Chicago. He:
- Managed and launched the One Summer Chicago initiative, an unprecedented City-County collaboration providing new summer activities and jobs to 2,800 youth at high risk of violence
- Helped Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle set long term goals, leveraging extensive research and expert opinion across the violence prevention arena, and
- Unified disparate stakeholders to address common objectives by creating Chicago's first ever public safety dashboard, an aggregation of over 50 metrics tracking the root causes of violence
Prior to joining Civic Consulting, Tiger was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. He has worked with clients in numerous industries including Retail, Consumer Products, Aerospace, and Telecom. While at Bain, Tiger has also advised the strategy and operations of multiple Chicago nonprofits through Inspire Inc., a volunteer-led consulting organization.
Tiger graduated with a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
