Civic Consulting Alliance aims to make Chicago the safest big city and to help people feel safe.

Chicago has long suffered from gang violence, with a murder rate today double to triple those in Los Angeles and New York City. Inefficiency and not working together make it hard for government agencies, community organizations, and others to solve the problem.

Civic Consulting has helped the City of Chicago and Cook County:

• Streamline activities to focus on first responders
• Use data at all ranks to reduce crime
• Work with community organizations, policy makers, and other agencies to reduce violence.
