In 2007, in the context of Chicago Performance Management, ComEd and Civic Consulting Alliance helped the Chicago Department of Consumer Services reduce wait times at the Taxi Inspection Station.
Our work decreased wait times by 50 minutes per taxi, saving about 13,000 hours per year for the taxi fleets.
