Haley Sonenthal is a Senior Associate at Civic Consulting Alliance. She joined the firm as an analyst in
June of 2015.
Haley has worked across platform areas, including on strategic planning efforts with clients at the Chicago Public Library, the Office of the Secretary of Education for the State of Illinois, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and the Chicago Police Department. Additional projects with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office include supporting the transition of the new State’s Attorney, conducting a staffing and resource analysis, and coordinating an effort to implement office values. Additional projects with the Chicago Police Department include assessing the Department’s overtime management and supporting the Office of Community Policing.
Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Haley interned at Chicago Cares and Working in the Schools (WITS) in Chicago, and she was a camp counselor and unit head at Beber Camp in Wisconsin. Haley graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University in 2015 with a BS in Learning and Organizational Change and a double major in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, running, dance, and travel.
