Patrick Quinn


Pat is an Analyst at Civic Consulting Alliance.

While at Civic Consulting, Pat has primarily worked within our Public Safety & Criminal Justice platform. Currently, he is assisting the Chicago Police Department with community policing initiatives, and past projects of note include advising the Executive Team of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office on organizational transformation, a capacity assessment of the Chicago Police Department's Training Academy, and support for the Partnership for Safe and Peaceful Communities, a coalition of philanthropic, public sector, and community-based organizations dedicated to reducing violence in Chicago. Internally, he supports CCA's Development team in raising funds for the firm's ongoing operations and client-facing work.

His previous professional experience includes internships with the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics and Senator Richard Blumenthal’s D.C. office.

Hailing from Connecticut, Pat graduated from the University of Chicago in 2017 with an A.B. in Law, Letters & Society. He fills his spare time by running, reading books his friends recommend, taking photos, and being an armchair critic of movies.
