Alice is a people-centered leader with over a decade of experience in operational problem-solving across the social impact sector. Previously, she served as a Director at Arabella Advisors, a philanthropic consulting firm and home to some of the country’s largest fiscal sponsors. In that role, Alice partnered with nonprofit executives leading bold, fast-moving campaigns—often navigating unconventional operational challenges with innovative, adaptive approaches. As the team grew from 25 to over 250 employees, she played a key role in evolving the internal systems and structures that supported the organization’s scale. She helped lead multiple iterations of workflow improvements and knowledge management, and ultimately co-led a pilot to test a new organizational structure.

Alice is especially passionate about team leadership and people operations grounded in equity and inclusion. She brings a thoughtful, values-driven lens to decision-making and takes pride in helping organizations translate their values into practical, day-to-day operations.

Alice holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Cornell University. She is a soprano in the Oak Park Concert Chorale, a board member of Tango 21 Dance Theater, a returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and a proud parent to two wild young kids.
