Anushka joined Civic Consulting Alliance as an Associate in July 2026.

Previously, Anushka worked at the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office, reporting to the Director of Gender-Based Violence Strategy and Policy, and at the South Asian American Policy and Research Institute, where she worked closely with the Executive Director to improve minority voter protections in Chicago. Most recently, Anushka worked at Epsilon Economics, an economic consulting firm where she specialized in the application of econometric methods and theory in the context of complex litigation across industries.

Anushka graduated from the University of Chicago in 2024, majoring in History and Fundamentals: Issues & Texts. In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and exploring live music venues in Chicago.
