Katherine graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Environmental Policy from Northwestern University, then pursued a Master's in Public Policy at the University of Chicago. She was an Undergraduate Fellow at Civic Consulting Alliance working on the Cook County Property Tax System Reform project during the winter of 2023, and is happy to return as a full-time Analyst.

Previously, Katherine worked at Steven Tarrson Impact Investment Fund, supporting the due diligence of sustainability and health equity start-ups in Chicago. She also brings experience in consulting and research through internships with Bain & Company, Chicago Defender Charities, and the Energy Policy Institute at UChicago. On campus, she held a leadership position at Harris Energy & Environment Association and was selected as a delegate to attend the United Nations COP29 in Azerbaijan. In her free time, she enjoys journaling, dancing, and biking by the lake.
