Danielle joins Civic Consulting Alliance as an Associate Principal on the Safety & Justice platform. In this role, she leads high-impact, client-facing projects with the Chicago Police Department and partners across the system to advance community safety, accountable policing, and an equitable justice system. She brings over a decade of experience spanning management consulting, human capital strategy, and cross-sector initiatives focused on improving educational and economic outcomes.

Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, Danielle was a consultant at Common Group and Tyton Partners, where she supported clients in developing impact-focused strategies, research, and implementation efforts. Earlier in her career, she built and led corporate talent and people strategy programs, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to complex workforce and organizational challenges.

Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA with a focus on social impact from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is an advocate for expanding opportunities for neurodiverse individuals and supports related nonprofit efforts in the Chicago area. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and searching for Chicago’s best bakeries with her family.
