Isabelle has committed her career to education-focused social impact, with professional experiences at the Northwestern University Institute for Policy Research, Kids First Chicago, and Civic Consulting Alliance.

While at CCA, Isabelle has engaged with clients across the four focus areas, including Chicago Public Schools, the Mayor’s Office, and the Cook County Office of the President, among others, with project highlights including Chicago Public Schools’ Black Student Success Plan and Cultivating Creativity: Arts Education Plan 2.0. In addition to her consulting duties, Isabelle served as program manager for CCA’s recruiting team, where she continues to support undergraduate fellows and junior staff hiring and onboarding.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Isabelle graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy and a second major in Religious Studies. She remains an active alumnus of the Northwestern University Public Interest Program (NUPIP) fellowship. In her free time, you can find Isabelle caring for her 60+ houseplants, thrifting like it’s a sport, catching up on book club reads, volunteering with her local CPS elementary school, and following Formula 1.
