Kayla Wilcox joins Civic Consulting Alliance as an Associate Principal, bringing more than a decade of experience in management consulting at Kearney and EY. She has led complex transformation efforts across the public and private sectors, with a focus on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational design.

Kayla earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She’s currently obsessed with learning new salsa moves, exploring Chicago’s food scene, and taking walks that end with dessert.
