Civic Consulting Alliance hires professionals from a variety of backgrounds, often with top consulting firm experience.

Fellows and principals may enter the organization with 2 or 20 years of experience; in accordance with their skills and experience level, they are assigned to particular teams, given relevant roles within those teams, and offered appropriate client assignments.

All staff must be able to work with a variety of people in a complex environment.
