Senior Associate

A lot is expected of a Senior Associate at Civic Consulting Alliance.

As a Senior Associate, you are typically an early-to-mid career level professional with a graduate degree and a track record of success in large organizations and ability to get things done in multiple settings. You have significant analytic, relationship management and communication skills with an ability to work with a variety of people in a complex environment.

Becoming a Senior Associate means you will work on projects that are high-profile and challenging. You will manage clients and stakeholders, coach and develop junior staff. In this role, you will further develop your understanding of the public sector and current civic challenges. Senior Associates write project plans, meet with clients, manage pro bono partner resources and develop effective communications.

The Senior Associate role offers an unparalleled opportunity for professional development in an environment that is both supportive and demanding. Senior Associates are continually challenged to take on more responsibility, both in client work and in internal initiatives.

As you continue to develop, your portfolio of responsibility expands.

High performing Senior Associates are on a path to promotion to Associate Principal.

The skills you develop at Civic Consulting Alliance – such as problem solving, project management, and collaboration – will be useful throughout your career and in any field.
